Our servers are located in the UK (London) within a five-storey data centre facility offering high levels of security, power, cooling and technical support to put your mind at ease and ensure business continuity. We are proud to boast that our data centres are powered with 100% renewable energy.

Encryption

Communications to the RAMs App server are encrypted using RDP and backup traffic. Both the RAMs App website and Application have current SSL certification to provide a secure connection between the server and the browser.

Dedicated Cisco ASA Hardware Firewall. You get the confidence of the most-deployed stateful firewall combined with application control, next-generation intrusion prevention system (NGIPS), and advanced malware protection (AMP).

Data

Backup Location

Daily Backups are taken using Network-attached storage (NAS). All backups are stored within the UK for total peace of mind.

Backups & Recovery Process

Daily snapshot backups are taken daily and stored for 14 days so that in very unlikely event of total failure, the full image can be rapidly restored to another server.
